VYGAS DRAFT N BUILD (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of Kundoor House in Thalikulam, which is in the Thrissur district. Our address is right by the Thalikulam PO, so it’s easy for people to drop by if they need to discuss a building project. Being an OPC, it’s a small operation, mostly just me and a couple of others helping with the drafting and construction details. The office is basically a converted room in the house, filled with drafting tables and a lot of pens and paper. Thrissur is a great place to live and work, and the community here in Thalikulam is very close-knit. We don’t have any big signs or a fancy reception area. Usually, if someone wants to talk to us, they just come to the door and we sit down with some tea. We do a lot of the drawing and planning ourselves, making sure every detail is right before any building actually starts. It’s a lot of quiet work, followed by busy days out on the sites making sure everything matches the plans. We don’t really do any formal advertising; word of mouth around Thrissur has always been enough for us. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works. We’ve been doing this for a while now and enjoy the process of seeing a draft turn into a real building right here in our neighborhood. Every house we work on is a new challenge for us.
