Vishraam Builders

Our spot is at Kakkassery House, right on Poovani Temple Road. Being on Vivekananda Street in Kolazhy means we are a bit away from the main rush of Thrissur town, which is nice. You can hear the temple bells in the morning if you get here early enough. The office for Vishraam Builders is tucked away in a quiet spot where there are plenty of trees. We have a small porch where we sit and discuss things when the weather is decent. There’s usually a bit of dust around because of the materials we move back and forth. The local guys from the neighborhood often drop in just to say hello or ask for a bit of advice on their own small repairs. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy out front. It’s just a regular house where we handle all the building work and paperwork. Sometimes the cows from the nearby farm wander onto the street and slow things down, but that’s just life in Kolazhy. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordination with suppliers and checking on the progress of different walls being put up. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the sand and gravel arrive on time. We like being part of this community and keeping things straightforward without any complicated talk or fancy corporate manners. Most days we are just busy with the practical side of construction and trying to keep everything moving.
