VELIYAMKODU BUILDMART LLP

We run our business out of Chavakkad in Thrissur, specifically in the Agalad area. The address is a bit of a list because we occupy several units, from 156/E through 156/H. This gives us a bit of room to move around. We are known as Veliyamkodu Buildmart. Since we are a buildmart, there is always a bit of dust and the smell of cement or wood in the air. It is a very hands-on environment. We don't spend much time sitting behind desks in air-conditioned rooms. Most of the day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the stock in the different units. The Agalad area is a busy part of Chavakkad, and we see a lot of local contractors and homeowners coming through. It is a very practical place. We don't have any promotional banners or big sales pitches. People just come in because they need things for their building projects. The office part is quite small and often has stacks of invoices piled up. We try to stay organized, but when it gets busy, things can get a bit chaotic. It is just the nature of the buildmart business. We are local people serving the local community here in Thrissur. We don't pretend to be a giant corporation. We are just a group of people working hard in these units to keep the construction supplies moving for everyone in the neighborhood.
