URBAN BEAVER TRADING AND CONTRACTING PRIVATE LIMITED

We are Urban Beaver, and we work out of Thoppiyil House in Thrissur. Our location is near the community hall in Palakkal, specifically in the Chevoor area. It is a busy part of Thrissur, and there is always something happening at the community hall nearby. We handle trading and contracting, which basically means we buy, sell, and build things. The office is a bit of a mix of everything. You’ll see samples of materials in one corner and a bunch of contracts on another desk. It is a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or expensive coffee machines. We just have a regular kettle and some sturdy chairs. Contracting is a tough business because there are always surprises. A supplier might be late or the weather might turn bad, and you just have to adjust. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around to check on different jobs. Thrissur people are straightforward, and we try to be the same way. We don't promise things we can't do. We just look at the job, give a price, and get to work if it's a go. It’s a local business and we’ve been in this neighborhood for a while. People know where to find us if they need something moved or built. It is just regular work for regular people.
