Our office is set up in Markara House in the Chembukkavu area of Thrissur. It’s a central location, but still feels like a neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while now, handling different property and development tasks. It’s a private limited company on paper, but in person, it’s just a few of us working together. We don't have a big glass building or a lobby with a receptionist. We just have desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints. Thrissur is a busy place and there’s always a new project starting somewhere. We spend a good chunk of our time dealing with all the little details that go into a build. The weather can be a bit of a challenge, especially when the heavy rains hit and we have to pause work on the sites. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the field. People from the area often drop in to ask about land or to get updates. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just hears about us from a friend and gives us a call. We keep things pretty low-key. There’s always tea on the go and some sort of discussion about materials or costs. We just take things one day at a time and focus on the practical side of building. It’s a steady way to work and it suits us fine.
