We are located on the ground floor of N P Tower on Poonkunnam Road. Being in West Fort is convenient because it’s a central part of Thrissur. You don’t have to climb a bunch of stairs to reach us, which is nice for a lot of our visitors. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit all the desks and cabinets in there. It’s a practical space. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork and talking to the people who walk in from the road. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic on Poonkunnam Road, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't the type of place that has a big marketing team or fancy brochures. We just do the work that needs to be done. Most of the staff here have been around for a long time, so we know the local area like the back of our hand. If you’re looking for Tc-23-326/12, that’s us. We try to keep things simple for everyone. There’s no need for big speeches or polished presentations. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and help people out with their chits. It’s a busy life, but it’s a good one. The door is usually open to let a bit of a breeze in during the morning hours. We like being part of the urban fabric of Thrissur. We’ve been here long enough that people just know us by sight.
