Thrissur Integrated Foundation

The Thrissur Integrated Foundation is located at Flat B in Inscape Illam. This is over in the Ragamalikapuram part of Kottappuram. It is a residential flat, so it doesn’t feel like a cold office at all. Usually, you’ll find one or two of us there during the day. We have some desks set up and plenty of files stacked around. The area is fairly peaceful, which is nice when we have a lot of thinking to do. We moved into this spot because it was affordable and close to where most of us live. It is not some high-rise building with a receptionist. You just come to the door and knock. We do a lot of our work on old laptops and spend a good amount of time on the phone. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the local shops nearby. Being integrated sounds like a big word, but we are just trying to bring different local efforts together under one roof. It gets a bit messy sometimes with all the documents, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are used to us by now. We don't do much marketing or anything because we’d rather just focus on the tasks at hand. It’s just a basic workspace for a small team trying to do something decent for Thrissur. We’ve had a few leaks in the ceiling when the monsoon hits hard, but we just move the desks around and keep going.
