Thrissur Builders

Thrissur Builders has its main spot at Vadakkoott House in P. O Palissery, Kerala. This part of Kerala is very green and we are surrounded by a lot of trees and quiet spaces, which makes the office feel a bit more relaxed than if we were in the middle of a big city. We spend our time planning out new homes and making sure the building materials are actually getting to where they need to be on time. The rainy season is always a bit of a struggle for us because it slows down the work on the ground, but we use that time to get the office paperwork in order. The staff here are mostly local people who have lived in the Thrissur area all their lives. We do not have any big corporate slogans or fancy uniforms to wear. We just put on what is comfortable and get to work. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a house that actually fits their family, so we spend a lot of time talking about basic things like kitchen sizes and where the windows should go. It is a lot of back and forth, but it is interesting to see how things come together from just a simple sketch on a piece of paper. Vadakkoott House is usually a bit messy with blueprints and half-empty coffee mugs, but we manage to stay on top of things.
