Thrissur Builders. Pvt. Ltd. is run out of Neelankavil (H) in P.O. Pavaratty. Lipson Paul. N and the rest of the staff here manage everything from this particular part of Thrissur. The office is located in a pretty quiet area of Kerala, which is quite nice when you are trying to concentrate on building plans and complicated budgets. We are a private limited company, but we do not really act like those big corporate entities you see on the news. Our office feels more like a home that grew a bit too big for its original purpose. We have desks tucked into various corners and stacks of tiles and wood samples sitting around for people to look at. Pavaratty is a nice place to work from, even if the post takes a bit longer to arrive sometimes. We spend a lot of our time visiting different sites around the 680507 pin code area to make sure everything is going okay with the construction. Building things is a messy business, so we often come back to the office with muddy boots and dusty clothes. No one here really cares about being fancy or looking professional in a suit.
