Thaikkattil Builders and Developers is run out of Thaikkattil House in Unity Nagar. We are based in Thrissur, which is a place we know inside and out. It’s house number 42 if you’re looking for us on the street. We’ve been involved in building and development for a bit now. It started small and it’s still pretty much a local operation. We handle the usual construction jobs that come up around here. Thrissur is a growing place, so there’s always something to do. We don’t have a massive team of corporate suits. It’s mostly just regular people who understand how to put a building together. Sometimes things get complicated with permits or materials, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build decent places for people to live or work. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it's where all the planning happens. We like being in Unity Nagar because it feels like home. If someone needs something built, they usually just give us a call or drop by the house. We don't use big words or make huge promises we can't keep. It's just honest work. We've been at this for a while and we plan to stay around. Construction is hard work, but someone has to do it. We take it one day at a time here.
