Tectum Builders Private Limited

Our place is at Nalakath House, right near the railway gate in Chittattukara. If you’re from this part of Elavally, you’ve probably walked past our door a few times. We go by Tectum Builders Private Limited, but mostly we’re just the guys you see working on sites around Thrissur. It gets a bit noisy here with the trains going by, but we don’t mind it much. It’s home for us. We don’t have a big corporate office with fancy furniture or receptionists. It’s usually just a couple of us sitting around a table with some tea, trying to figure out where to get the best bricks for a decent price. Construction is a lot of work and it isn’t always pretty. There’s a lot of mud, late deliveries, and worrying about the rain. We just do what we can to get things finished. My brother helps with the hauling sometimes. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Kerala. We just want to do honest work that doesn’t fall apart after a year. People know us in the neighborhood, and that’s how we get most of our jobs. We don't spend time on advertisements because we’re usually too busy with a shovel or a tape measure. It's a simple life, really. We build things, we go home, and we start again the next day. That is just how it goes for us. We're just trying to make it.
