Tata Teleservice

We’ve been here at House No T.C 15434 in Kalathode for a while now. It’s right near the Ollukkara post office. Most of us here are locals from around Thrissur, so we know the area pretty well. Dealing with cables and customer calls keeps us busy all day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where we get things done. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes getting to the Rathan Ali building a bit of a hassle, but we manage. We handle the telecom stuff for people nearby. Usually, the morning starts with checking the logs and seeing what needs fixing from yesterday. It gets quiet in the afternoons, then picks up again when everyone is off work. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we just work here and do what’s needed. There’s a tea shop down the road we all go to. Most people know us as the Tata folks in the neighborhood. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist, just desks and equipment. If someone stops by, they usually just walk in and ask for help with their connection. That’s how it goes in a place like Kalathode. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, but the house stays the same. We just keep our heads down and work through the daily list. It's okay, a bit dusty sometimes, but it works for us. We just do the work as it comes.
