Tadmur Trading & Contracting Co. Qatar has a base here at Pallikkara House in Thaikkad, which is in the Thrissur District of Kerala. It might seem a bit quiet compared to the big cities, but we stay quite busy managing our operations. Since we have the Qatar connection, a lot of our work involves coordinating between the two locations. We spend our time dealing with the trading side of things and keeping the contracting details in line. The house in Thaikkad serves as our main point of contact for the local area. It’s a comfortable, normal setting, not some cold office in a skyscraper. We like it this way because it feels more personal. Kerala is a beautiful place, but the work we do is very practical and grounded. We don’t have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the calls and the paperwork as they come in. Sometimes the monsoon rains make everything a bit slower, but we are used to that. Our people have been doing this for a long time and they understand how to bridge the gap between our local operations and the work in Qatar. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the trading goods get where they need to go and the contracts are handled properly. It’s a steady business built on years of just doing the work.
