ST ANNS BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office for ST ANNS Builders and Developers LLP is located at III/38, right near the St Antony’s Tile Works. If you know the Annalloor area in Thrissur, you probably know the spot. It is a familiar landmark for most people living around here. We have been operating from this part of Kerala for some time now. Building things is what we do, and it keeps us pretty busy from morning until evening. Thrissur is a place with a lot of history in construction, and being near a tile works feels right for what we do. It’s not a high-rise corporate office or anything like that. It is just a regular building where we can sit down and look at blueprints. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty or cluttered with samples, but that is just the nature of the job. We don’t really believe in making things sound more complicated than they are. You want something built, we figure out how to do it. There are always challenges, like getting materials on time or dealing with the monsoon, but we manage. Annalloor is a good community and we like being based here. People often just drop by to ask a question or check on something. It is a very direct way of doing business, which we prefer over sending endless emails. We are just regular people working in the construction trade and doing our best for the neighborhood around Thrissur.
