Sobha

Sobha is based out of Thekkinieth House in Pudukad. That’s in Thrissur, Kerala. Our post office is also Pudukad, zip code 680301. We operate from a house, which makes it feel a lot more personal than some cold office building in a city center. Kerala is a beautiful place to work, even when the monsoon rain is coming down hard on the roof. We have been here for a while and the community knows us. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone writing polished speeches for us. It’s just us, working from the house and handling the business as it comes. Thrissur is a great area with a lot of history, and Pudukad is a nice spot within it. We keep our operations simple. There’s a desk, some chairs, and we spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who stop by. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are just a local business trying to do good work from a house in Kerala. Some days are slow and some are really busy, but that’s just how it goes. If you come by, you won't find a lobby or a secretary. You’ll just find us working. We like it this way because it’s practical and we can stay close to our roots while we get our contracting or whatever needs doing finished. We are just regular people doing our daily work in a quiet corner of the world.
