Sobha Developers Ltd

Over in Kaikulangara North in Kollam, that is where Sobha Developers Ltd is set up. It’s a busy part of town but we have our own little corner. We have been here for a good amount of time now. Mostly, we are busy with site visits and checking on how the construction is going. Kollam is a nice place to work, even if the humidity gets a bit much sometimes in the afternoon. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy talk or big presentations. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or making sure the materials are what they are supposed to be. It’s a practical kind of life here. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee cups, but we know where everything is. People in the area know us by now. We try to be helpful if someone stops by to ask about what is being built down the road. There isn’t much to say about our history or anything like that. We just showed up and started working. It’s a regular business like any other on this street. We try to be honest about how long things take. If a wall isn't straight, we fix it. That's really all there is to it. We just keep going one day at a time, making sure the paperwork is filed and the workers have what they need to get the job done right.
