Site Engg

Site Engg is tucked away on Olari-Puthoorkara Road, right in the Pullazhi area of Thrissur. We’ve been at this address, X1/203/1 Nadupurakkal House, for a while now. Most people know the neighborhood as a bit quiet, which suits the way we work. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We mostly just focus on the engineering stuff that needs doing every day. The office sits near Manjusha Ajith’s place. Some mornings, the road outside gets a bit busy with people heading into the main part of town, but mostly it's just the usual local traffic. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the front desk looks or if the sign is perfectly straight. Usually, there’s a lot of paperwork on the desks and a few sets of drawings lying around. It feels like a real workspace where things actually get finished. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the power cuts and the monsoon rain hitting the roof. When someone stops by, they usually find us busy with a calculator or looking over some site notes. There isn’t a whole lot of formality here. We just open up in the morning, get through the list of tasks, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us. Living and working in this part of Thrissur is just part of our life.
