Satheesh Constrction

Our construction business is based out of the family home, Chemmachery, in Thuravankunnu. That’s near the Pullur Post Office in the Irinjalakuda area of Thrissur. It’s a quiet part of Kerala, surrounded by a lot of green, but we stay busy with building projects throughout the district. We don’t have a fancy office in the middle of town. Instead, we work from here, where we can keep an eye on everything. We handle all kinds of construction work, from small house repairs to bigger projects. Usually, you’ll find us out at a site rather than sitting behind a desk. When we are home, we are usually checking the ledgers or talking to workers about the next day’s schedule. Being in a small place like Thuravankunnu means everyone knows Satheesh and what we do. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. If we do a good job on one house, the neighbor usually calls us next. That’s just how it works here. The rains in Thrissur can slow things down sometimes, which is frustrating, but we just wait it out and get back to work as soon as we can. It’s a simple life and a simple business, focused on building things that last for the local families in our community without any big corporate talk.
