Our office is located at Door No.01 in the Narayaneeya Samsthuthi Trustbuildings. It’s over in Pudanur, right near Mundoor. SANDRANANDAM DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is a small team working on various development projects around this area. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. We just have this one spot where we handle all our business. Most of the day is spent checking on land and talking to people about what they want to build. Pudanur is a nice place, and we enjoy being based here. It’s a bit quieter than the big cities, which suits us just fine. We don't have any big missions or grand statements to make. We just focus on the details of each development and try to make sure everything is done by the book. It’s a lot of paperwork and local meetings, but it’s what we know how to do. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day looking at sites, and other times we are stuck in the office catching up on emails and calls. We just take the work as it comes.
