We’re based on the ground floor of Ananya Tower, right in the Thrissur IT Park on M.G. Road. The building number is 36/3079. Being on the ground floor is convenient because people can just walk in off the street without having to hunt for an elevator. M.G. Road is always buzzing with activity, so there’s never a dull moment outside our windows. Inside, we just keep things moving. We aren't a big tech firm, even though we are in the IT Park; we’re just a small group of people trying to provide some help through our Kendra. The office is pretty basic with some standard desks and a small area for guests to sit. We don't have any flashy posters or corporate mission statements on the walls. We just have our work and each other. Most of our day is spent dealing with local inquiries and helping people navigate whatever they need. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic on M.G. Road, but you get used to it. We like being part of the Thrissur community. It’s a practical spot for us because it’s easy for everyone to find. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren't. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work on whatever is on the desk that day. It’s simple, it’s local, and it works for us and the people we serve.
