SAFE AND STRONG ENGINEERS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based at Kaipully House on New Generation Lane. We are located in Velathur Village, in the Parakkad area of Thrissur. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a nice spot in a quiet village setting. We do engineering and development work, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about how to make structures solid and reliable. The name of the company is basically just what we aim for in our work. We aren't into big, flashy designs that don't serve a purpose. We like things that are built to stay. Kaipully House is our main office, and it's a regular building where we do our planning. Working in Thrissur, you get to know the land and what works best for the climate here. We have a small team, and we mostly look after things ourselves without a lot of outside help. The lane where we are located is usually pretty calm, which is good for when we need to focus on engineering details. People in Velathur know where we are, and we like being part of the local community here in Parakkad. We don't have a corporate mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the engineering work, manage the developments, and go home at the end of the day. It’s a simple way to do business that lets us focus on the actual building work.
