ROYAL MALABAR NIDHI LIMITED

Royal Malabar Nidhi Limited is located on the 2nd floor of the Telly Shopping Center. We are tucked right behind Pilakandy, which can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for the sign. The shopping center is always a bit noisy with people going in and out of the shops on the ground floor, but up here on the second floor, it is a bit more relaxed. We have a decent view of the street from the window, and we often watch the traffic while we are on our lunch breaks. The office itself is pretty basic. We have 45/3758 as our official number, and that’s where we spend our eight hours every day. There are boxes of files stacked in the corner because we haven't found a better place for them yet. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from the street. We don't use any big words or complicated systems. It is just about keeping the records clear and talking to the people who climb the stairs to see us. Most of our furniture is stuff we’ve had since we started. It’s a bit worn out but still works. We like being part of the local scene here, even if we are just a small office tucked away in a busy shopping complex.
