Robustfresheats Private Limited is tucked away in Ward 3. We are at Building No. 324 on Akarakattukunnu Road, in the Painunkalpara area. It’s a bit of a rural setting, which suits us just fine because we are all about fresh eats. The air is a bit clearer out here than in the middle of the city. Our building is a simple one, and it’s where we do all the prep and the packing. Akarakattukunnu Road isn’t a major highway, so it’s mostly just locals and our delivery trucks. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area or the packing room. It gets a bit loud when everyone is working at once, but that is the way it goes. We don't have any fancy brochures or websites. Most people find out about us by word of mouth in the Painunkalpara area. We started this because we wanted to do something with food that felt real and substantial. There’s a lot of cleaning involved, washing down the surfaces and making sure everything is tidy for the next batch. It’s hard work, and our hands are usually busy from morning until evening. We just focus on the food we are making today and try to get it out the door while it’s still at its best. It is a honest way to earn a living here in Ward 3, just doing what needs to be done.
