If you are looking for us in Kodungallur, we are right by the private bus stand. We have been in the V U Plaza Building for a bit now, specifically on the second floor. It is a busy area with all the buses coming and going, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes during the morning rush. Most people around here know the building because it is quite tall for this street. We basically spend our days helping folks who walk in through the door. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of rooms with some chairs and desks where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the buses honk outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have some tea shops nearby which is nice for our afternoon breaks. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so take your time coming up. Usually, there is someone here from nine in the morning until we close up in the evening. We do what we can to help out the locals who drop by with questions. It's a simple setup we have here in Thrissur.
