Our small office is located at Vadakoott House in the Nadathara area. Being near the Ayyappankavu post office makes it easy for people in Thrissur to find us when they need to talk about their savings. We started this because there was a need for a local place where people could just walk in and handle their money matters without feeling intimidated. It’s a very basic office environment. We have a couple of desks, a computer that sometimes acts up, and plenty of paper forms. Our team is small, mostly just a few locals who know the neighborhood well. We spend our mornings going through records and our afternoons meeting with folks from around the village. It isn’t always quiet; sometimes it gets loud when neighbors stop by to chat while they do their business. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our members joined because their cousin or neighbor told them about us. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. If a form is missing a signature, we just call the person up. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we plan on staying right here in this house. Life in Thrissur moves at its own pace, and we just try to keep up with the daily needs of the people who trust us with their small savings.
