Our office is tucked away in the Eastend Plaza right in the middle of Rice Bazar. If you know Thrissur, you know how busy the Rice Bazar area gets, especially in the afternoons. We are at door 10/46/33. It’s a good spot for us because people are already out doing their shopping and they can just drop in. We deal with the usual Nidhi company stuff, mostly helping folks manage their gold or small savings without making a big fuss about it. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some chairs and desks where we get the books in order. We’ve got a few staff members who have lived in Thrissur all their lives, so they know most of the people coming through the door. It’s better that way. You don’t need a suit and tie to come talk to us. We’re just regular people trying to help our neighbors keep their finances straight. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we manage. The 680001 area is our home. We don't have a giant website or anything like that. We just focus on the people who walk in from the plaza. If you're looking for us, look for the Eastend sign and come upstairs. We try to be quick with the paperwork because we know everyone has other chores to do at the market. It’s a practical setup for a practical town.
