PLATOON 98 DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED

Platoon 98 is based out of Kokkaly House on Parakulam Road. If you know Irinjalakuda well, you probably know the area near Thrissur. We’ve been working from here for a bit now, mostly focusing on development work. It’s a small team, really. We spend a lot of our time either at the desks or driving out to see how things are moving along on-site. The house we work from has a lot of character, and it’s a bit different from a glass office building you’d see in a big city. We like it that way because it feels more like home. Some days are just filled with phone calls to contractors and trying to find the right materials that won't cost a fortune. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't play along, but we manage. Most of us have been in the building trade for a while, so we’ve seen all sorts of issues come up. We just take them one by one. There’s no fancy talk here, just everyday work. Being in Thrissur means we get to see a lot of different projects, and we try to keep our feet on the ground. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here in the office. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how our group operates. We are just local people trying to do a decent job.
