PANDD VENTURES NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is based in Pullan House, which is over in West Chalakudy. It’s a quiet enough part of the Thrissur district, away from some of the heavier traffic but still easy to get to. Pandd Ventures Nidhi Limited operates from here. It’s more of a residential-style building converted for work use, so it feels quite cozy inside. We have a couple of rooms where we keep all the files and the computer. It isn't a high-rise office with glass walls. It’s just a regular building with a bit of a garden area out front that sometimes gets overgrown when we forget to trim it. We mostly spend our time dealing with the locals from West Chalakudy. People stop by to chat about their accounts or just to say hello. We don’t have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have lived around here for years. The desks are covered in stacks of paper because there is always something to file. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit before we can get back to the computers. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area at the back. It’s a very laid-back environment. We focus on the daily tasks without making much of a fuss.
