Palmcoco Exportgateway (Opc) Private Limited

I started this thing in Irinjalakuda, working out of Chinnikara House. It’s right here in the Thrissur area, though the address says Palakkad too. It gets a bit confusing for people sometimes when they see the address on the paperwork, but we are easy to find if you know the neighborhood. We focus a lot on stuff that comes from palms and coconuts, mostly because that is what is around us here in Kerala. I spend a lot of time on the phone or checking shipments that need to go out through the gateway we set up. It is an OPC, so it’s mostly just me and a couple of others helping out with the paperwork and the heavy lifting. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular house where we keep things moving every day. Some days are slow, especially when the weather is bad and the trucks can't move easily, but we keep at it. Most of our work is about getting local products ready for people who are far away in other countries. It takes a lot of coordination to get things from Irinjalakuda to where they need to go eventually. We handle the export side of things, making sure the boxes are packed right and the documents are signed properly. It’s not very glamorous work, just daily stuff that needs to get done so the business stays afloat and the bills get paid on time. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know where to find us.
