Our office is set up at Karayil Thekkoot House in Edathiruthy. It’s a quiet spot in Thrissur where we handle the day-to-day for Ozam Developers. We’ve been working in the development side of things for a while now. It's not just about building houses, it's about all the planning that goes on before a single brick is laid. Thrissur is a place with a lot of history, and people here care about their land. We try to keep that in mind. Our team is small and we don't have any big corporate hierarchy. If you call, you'll probably talk to one of the same three people every time. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or walking around potential sites. It’s dusty work and you have to watch your step. The paperwork for developers is always a bit of a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to the local offices and the wait times. We don't promise the world. We just try to make sure that the projects we start actually get finished. There are enough half-finished buildings around as it is. We’d rather do fewer things and do them properly. It's a decent way to make a living, even if it means we're constantly checking the weather and worrying about rising material costs.
