OXYVALLEY DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Villadom, which is part of the Ramavarmapuram area in Thrissur. We operate out of Vattukulam House, number 8/1007. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We do a lot of work involving land and building development in this specific part of the region. Being in Villadom gives us a good base because it is close enough to the main parts of Thrissur but quiet enough to actually get things done. We spend our mornings checking on the various sites and making sure the foundations are being poured correctly. Construction involves a lot of waiting for the right weather and the right people to show up. We have a lot of experience with the local soil and what kind of building works best on it. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big polished company. We are just local people who know how to put a building together. Most of our day is spent dealing with the practical side of things, like permits and labor. It is a lot of back and forth with the workers and the owners. We just want to make sure the work is solid and that things are moving along as they should. It is a simple business at the end of the day, even if the work itself is hard. We just keep at it, one brick at a time, until the job is finished.
