We operate out of the Alappatt Thottian House in Central Karamuck. It's a busy little spot in Thrissur. Our focus is on residential spaces, specifically around Kandassankadavu. It's a nice place to work. The community here is tight-knit. We aren't some giant corporation from the city. We are just a local team trying to build good places for people to live. Thrissur has a lot of history, and we try to respect that with how we work. The office isn't hard to find if you know the area. We do a lot of the planning right here at the house. It's a family-oriented business. My cousins and a few friends help out with the day-to-day stuff. We handle the logistics of construction and managing the properties. It gets a bit noisy sometimes when the rain hits the roof, but we don't mind. We aren't into big sales pitches or anything like that. We just show people the work we've done and let them decide for themselves. Building homes is a lot of responsibility. We take it seriously, but we don't act like we know everything. We learn something new on every job we finish. The local weather can be tough on buildings, so we make sure things are sturdy enough to last. We’ve been in Karamuck for years. Most people around here know us by name. It makes the work feel more personal. We just want to keep building.
