NTCFIN Nidhi Limited is located in the New Trichur Towers over in Kandassankadavu. Despite the name Towers, it is a pretty standard building where we have our office space. We have been here for a while now, right in the middle of the local bustle. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking and papers being shuffled around. We deal with the day-to-day financial needs of the people in the Trichur area. It’s not a very big office, but we make the most of the space we have. We have some sturdy desks and plenty of cupboards for all the files we have to keep. Most of us have been working here since the start, so we know how the system works. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends. When someone walks in, we just offer them a seat and see what they need help with. It’s a simple process. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several people arrive at once, but we manage to get everyone sorted eventually. We are just a group of people working in Kandassankadavu, keeping the books in order and making sure everything is handled correctly. There’s no mystery to it; it’s just daily office work that needs to be finished before we go home to our families in the evening.
