Ntc Management Solutions Llp is based at 17/192 and 193 in the New Trichur Tower. We are located in Kandassamkadavu, which is a place with its own local charm. The tower is a well-known building in the area, so people usually don't have much trouble finding us. Our office space is spread across two units, but it’s not as large as the numbers might make it sound. It’s mostly filled with desks, chairs, and several stacks of folders that we really need to organize one of these days. The air inside can get a bit stuffy, so we keep the windows open whenever the weather allows. You can hear the sounds of the street and the local market from here. We aren't a big team, so the office is usually quiet unless we are all discussing a project at once. We’ve got a small area for files and a cupboard for our bags. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Most of our time is spent just keeping up with the daily work. We don't go in for fancy presentations or sleek office designs. It’s a practical environment where we focus on what needs to be done. We usually head out for lunch at a small place nearby that serves decent meals. It’s a simple way of living and working that suits us just fine.
