You’ll find us at the Sitha Madhavam Complex on Aloor Road in Kechery. It’s a pretty busy spot, and the complex always has people moving around at all hours. We do a lot of food processing work here, and depending on what we’re making that day, the whole place smells quite strong. The weather in Kerala is usually quite humid, so we keep the fans running at full speed most of the time to stay cool while we work. It’s a lively area, and we often hear the noise from the other shops and the traffic outside on the road. We have a set routine for getting through the day, starting with checking the supplies that came in. Most of the people working here are from around the Kechery area, so there’s a lot of local talk during the lunch break. We don’t have any fancy decorations in the office, just the basic stuff like desks and shelves for our files and equipment. The road outside can get really crowded with buses and scooters, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to get home. It’s a good place to work if you like being around people and don’t mind a bit of a mess now and then. We focus on getting our work done right and making sure the food is handled properly. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’ve been doing it for years now and we’re quite used to it.
