You can usually find me over on Karoopadam Road in Inchamudi where our small office is. It is a very simple setup, mostly just me and a bit of extra help when the construction work gets heavy. Since this is an OPC, I handle almost every part of the business myself, from the first rough sketch to the last bit of paint on a wall. The road right outside gets pretty busy during the day with people coming and going, but our spot at Puthukkattukaran stays mostly alright. I spend many hours walking between the various local sites and this one room. It is definitely not a shiny office with glass walls or modern furniture; it is just a workspace with the tools we need to get the job done. Sometimes I think about moving the business to a bigger town, but Inchamudi is where everything is happening for us right now. Neighbors often stop by to talk about their houses while they are out for an evening walk. It is that kind of friendly place. We mostly do local work and try not to go too far away because I like to be home for dinner. The paperwork for Navabavan Constructions (Opc) Private Limited takes up more of my time than I would like, especially when I have to sit at the desk while it is sunny outside. I have lived around here for a long time, so I know the ground well. It keeps us busy.
