Naimaids Welfare Foundation

Naimaids Welfare Foundation is based at X/247 in the Naipunnya Institute of Management. We are located in Naipunnya Nagar, Pongam, specifically Koratty East.P.O. Being on the campus means there are always students and teachers around, which keeps the energy up. Our office is just a small room in the institute. It’s packed with books and documents. We don’t have a lot of space for anything fancy. We spend our days working on welfare issues. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We aren't looking for awards or big recognition. We just want to be here when people need a hand. The atmosphere in Pongam is usually pretty busy. We often hear the noise from the institute corridors. It’s a good place to be because we are close to where a lot of learning happens. We don’t use marketing speak or try to sell ourselves. We just do the tasks that come our way. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee, but we manage. It’s a very human way to run a foundation. We are just part of the local fabric here in Koratty East. If you are around the Naipunnya Nagar area, that’s where you will find us, likely buried under some paperwork or talking to a visitor. It’s a busy life but we like it.
