Muziris Reality And Developers Llp is situated in the Kodungallur Municipality at XVIII/437. We are right in the heart of the Kodungallur-Thrissur area, which is a place with a lot of history and old buildings. We decided to set up here because there is always something happening in this town. Most of our work involves reality and development, which basically means we spend our time looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful for people. Our office is not anything special, just a regular room where we can sit down and look at maps or talk to people about their property. We spend a lot of our time walking through different plots or talking to the local authorities about what can and cannot be built. It is a lot of back and forth, and sometimes it feels like we spend more time on our phones than anything else. Thrissur can get quite hot, so we try to get our outdoor work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We are not trying to be the biggest developers in Kerala, just doing our part in Kodungallur. People around here know us as the guys who are always checking out the local real estate.
