Multiplus Constructions India Private Limited

Multiplus Constructions is based in Chavakkad, specifically out in the Paluvai area. We are located at Chavakkad House, number 510. It’s a local family-run kind of business that has been around for some years now. We do construction work all around this part of Thrissur. It’s a busy place with a lot of people wanting to build new homes or renovate their old ones. We have a small crew that handles the daily labor and the technical stuff. The office is right there in the house, so it’s a very informal environment. We don’t really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing. Most days I’m just in my regular clothes talking to clients or looking at the site. Chavakkad is a good community and we know most of the people around here. We try to use local materials whenever we can to keep the costs down and support the local shops. It’s a practical way of doing things. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to get everything lined up, especially with the labor and the weather, but we make it work. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in the world. We just want to do enough work to keep everyone paid and the business running smoothly. That’s our life here. We enjoy the process of building things from scratch and seeing a family move into their new home.
