MORITZ & JAEHARUZ INTERNATIONAL (OPC)

We run MORITZ & JAEHARUZ INTERNATIONAL (OPC) out of Poovathumkadavil House. The address is No 2/154 in Vellangalloor, which is under the Thrissur district. Since we are based in a house, it has a much more relaxed and comfortable feel than a typical city office block. We have been here in Thrissur for quite a while now. Being an OPC, it is a small-scale operation. We don’t have a massive board of directors or a huge hierarchy. It is just us handling all the day-to-day business work from this house. The post office at Vellangalloor is quite close, which is very handy for sending out our mail. We spend most of our time at MORITZ & JAEHARUZ INTERNATIONAL (OPC) just keeping our records and projects organized. The house is a familiar and easy place for us to work. We never felt the need for a glass-fronted office when this place works perfectly fine for us. It is a quiet area for the most part, although you do hear the usual local sounds of the neighborhood during the day. We aren't doing anything super complicated, just our regular business activities. We have our computers set up and we just get on with the job. It feels more personal to work from a home like this. People nearby know us as the ones working from Poovathumkadavil House. We like the steady pace of life here.
