Moc Cafe

You will find Moc Cafe over at 34, Kayiliyad Road. It is a fairly simple place without any of those big neon signs or loud music playing out onto the street. We like it that way because it lets us focus on the actual work. The road outside isn't the busiest in town, but we still get a good amount of local traffic passing by throughout the day. We have been at this address for several years now, and most of the people who live nearby know us by name. The interior of the cafe is basic, with tables and chairs that have seen a lot of use over the seasons. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us who have learned how to do a bit of everything, from brewing to cleaning up at the end of the night. There is always a pot of something going, and the smell usually drifts out toward the sidewalk. We deal with the usual problems like leaky taps or a lightbulb going out, just like any other small business. It is a modest setup, but it serves us well enough. We don't try to be anything we are not. Most of our days are spent chatting with the regulars and making sure the coffee is ready when the morning rush starts. It is a quiet, honest way to make a living. The walls have some old pictures on them, and the floor creaks in one corner, but nobody seems to mind. We just keep doing what we do.
