We don’t have a massive staff, just a few dedicated people who show up every morning to manage the books and keep things organized. The plaza is usually quite lively, so there’s always something to look at out the window. We’ve been working out of this spot for a good while now and we’ve gotten to know the people who live and work nearby. It’s not a fancy corporate environment. We have our desks, our computers, and a lot of paper records because we still like to have things written down. People come in to check on their accounts or just to say hello while they’re out running errands. We try to be helpful without making things overly complicated.
