Our office for Metric8 Builders And Developers Private Limited is at Orayampurath House, which is right by Kinar Junction in Koorkkenchery. Being located in Thrissur means we are right in the heart of things. Kinar Junction is a place everyone knows, so it is easy for people to find us. We don’t go in for much of that corporate style. We are just a local team trying to build houses and develop land properly. Most of our time is spent on the phone with contractors or standing around in the dirt checking on the progress of a wall or a floor. The house we work out of is a regular home, which keeps us connected to the neighborhood. Construction has its ups and downs, especially with how the costs of everything keep changing. We try to navigate that as we can. There are days when nothing goes right and the trucks are late, and then there are days when everything clicks into place. We focus mostly on projects around Thrissur because we know the local rules and the people here. It's a lot of physical work and quite a bit of paperwork too, more than you might think. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the next project. We don't have any big slogans, just the work we do every day. People stop by the house when they need something done, and we take it from there.
