Melveettil Kalyany Nidhi Limited

Melveettil Kalyany Nidhi Limited is located at Door No. 48/1187-Pawar 73 on Mini Industrial Road in Olari, Thrissur. The industrial road can get a bit loud with trucks and small workshops nearby, but we have gotten used to the sound of it over the years. Our office is inside the Pawar 73 building. It is a practical space where we focus on the daily tasks of running a Nidhi company. We have a couple of computers and some cabinets full of records. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't really matter as long as the work gets done correctly. We see a lot of local workers and small business owners from the Olari area coming in. They usually have a bit of a chat with us while we handle their transactions. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We are just a local team doing our jobs in Thrissur. There is usually a flask of tea somewhere in the back and we take turns going out for lunch. It is a very down-to-earth atmosphere. On rainy days, the sound on the roof is quite loud, but we just keep working through it. We like being in this part of town because it feels real and everyone knows everyone else’s business anyway.
