MAXVALUE CHITS PRIVATE LIMITED is on the first floor of JAC Tower. Our building number is 23/1253C, but some locals still refer to it by the old number, 8/322-C. We are located right on Ikkandawarrier Road in Thrissur. It is a busy part of the city with a lot of movement all day. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the chit fund business. We don't spend money on fancy things like designer chairs or expensive art. We just have what we need to get the work done. A lot of our time is spent checking the books and making sure the chits are all accounted for correctly. It involves a lot of reading and calculating, so we stay pretty focused. People from all over Thrissur come up to the first floor to see us. We don't have any big marketing slogans. We just talk to people plainly and explain how the chits work. Being on Ikkandawarrier Road means we are easy to find, which is good for everyone. Sometimes the noise from the road can be a bit much, but it just reminds us that we are in the heart of the city. We have been here for a while and have a steady routine. Every morning we open up, check the schedules, and get ready for the day's visitors. It is honest, hard work and we are glad to be doing it here in JAC Tower.
