This office is located in Panaparambil Towers, which is at Door No. 21/1189 in Nadathara. We are up on the first floor. It is a newer building compared to some others in the area, but we still keep things very basic inside. We have some heavy desks that we moved in ourselves and some chairs that have seen better days. The view from our window is mostly of the street and the coconut trees in the distance. We spend our mornings going through the mail and updating the records for the people who belong to our group. We don't use any big words or complicated explanations when people ask us questions about their money. We just tell them how it is and help them fill out whatever forms are needed.
