Lkp Devlopers Private Limited is right on the ground floor near St. Therasas Tile Works in Thalore. It is a very specific spot and most people use the tile works as a landmark to find us. We are in the 15/20 door number block. Being in Thrissur means we get a lot of local traffic and the office is often a bit noisy because of the trucks and cars on the main road. The office itself is quite plain with some basic desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time looking at construction plans and checking on supply schedules. It is a small team here and we all do a bit of everything to keep things moving. We do not have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We have been working out of this Thalore office for a long time. There is usually a layer of dust on the windows from the road work nearby but we do not mind it much. We just focus on the projects we have in hand and try to make sure everything is sorted out for the next day. It is just a normal local office doing its best to stay busy and get things done without overcomplicating the process for anyone.
