Little Flower Book Stall

We've been here at No. 6 on St. Thomas College Road for a while now. Most people know us because we're right near the D.M. Office. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the students walking back and forth to the college every day. We keep a lot of different books on the shelves, mostly things people need for their classes or just something to read when they have a bit of free time. The shop isn't very big, but we try to fit as much as we can in here. Sometimes the stacks get a bit high, and you have to look around for a minute to find exactly what you're after. That’s just how it is in a small book stall. We open up early most mornings when the sun is just coming up and the street is quiet. Then the traffic picks up and it stays pretty steady until we close down for the night. Dealing with the D.M. Office crowds means we see all sorts of people, not just students. Some people come in looking for specific forms or just a pen because they forgot theirs. We don't mind. It's just a part of being in this neighborhood. If we don't have a book, we usually tell people where else they might look or see if it's coming in later. We don’t have a fancy system, just our eyes and knowing where things are tucked away. It's a simple way to run things, but it works for us and the people who stop by.
