Leed Building Solutions Llp is situated over at 12/555 in Kannampuzhamangalassery, which is in the Koratty area. It’s a quiet spot and we like it that way. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of building stuff. Whether it’s a new house or some other construction project, there is always something that needs fixing or checking. We don’t have a big staff of receptionists. Usually, if you call, you are talking to one of us who is actually out there on the site. Koratty is a good place to work, though the heat can be a bit much when we are trying to get a roof on. We have to manage the crews and make sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to do. It isn’t always smooth sailing. Sometimes the materials don't show up when they are promised, or the ground is harder to dig than we expected. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the most famous builders in Kerala. We just want to do a decent job so that people are happy to live in the places we build. We use regular materials and standard methods that we know work well. It’s a lot of dusty shoes and long days, but that is what we signed up for.
