Lancewood Villas And Apartment Private Limited is based out of a house called Florence on Master Avenue Road. It’s located in the Mundupalam area of Thrissur, near the East Fort post office. The office is care of Hassan Vathyedath Ahammed Kutty. Working out of a house named Florence gives the whole business a very different feel than a typical office building. We focus on building villas and apartments for families in the Thrissur area. It’s a personal business because a home is a big deal for people. We spend a lot of time sitting in the office area talking to folks about what kind of house they want. Thrissur is a place with a lot of tradition, and we try to respect that in the buildings we work on. The neighborhood around Master Avenue Road is quiet and has a lot of trees. We don’t have any big corporate signs or a bunch of salesmen. It’s just us and our project notes. Sometimes we have to go out to the building sites and spend the whole day in the sun or rain. It’s a lot of physical work and planning. We don't use any marketing language to try and convince people. They usually come to us because they saw a villa we built for someone else. We just try to build solid apartments that will last a long time. It’s simple, honest work from our base here in Mundupalam.
